HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Light your fire and let it burn down until you obtain a medium heat or cook it inside on the stove if you’re avoiding the kangaroos.

  2. Smear the butter around the base of the frying pan. Top with a layer of biscuits, followed by a layer of peanut, chocolate and finally marshmallows. Pour over a little maple syrup if you want.

  3. Place your pan in the coals of the fire until melted and gooey. It will only take about 5 minutes for the magic to happen, so keep an eye on it. Eat with more biscuits.

  4. Note: Of course you can also thread the marshmallows onto sticks if you want to make traditional s’mores. Roast over the fire until they’re charred and gooey, then sandwich with some chocolate between two biscuits.

  5. Recipe made in collaboration with Unyoked.
