Ecology Center, California 2022
The Community Table is an edible conversation between a farm, a chef and the community. Together with Juan Peralta Ramos, I hosted an evening at the Ecology Center.
This event works on a rotating schedule of chefs, each designing and ecological meal around the ecology centres four seasonal rotations (market garden, milpa, berries, cover crops). Juan and I couldn’t be more chuffed to bring together a fire inspired, rustic, family-style feast in The Ecology Center courtyard, featuring thoughtful courses crafted exclusively from ingredients grown on the sites 28-acre Regenerative Organic™ farm.
The guest list is capped at 60 people, for an intimate, authentic taste of the farm.
It was a lot of fun - hope to do another one again soon!
