Photography: Tory Lynn

Ingredients

250g round of brie or camembert cheese

150g blue cheese wedge

150g monchago cheese

Grilled bread or baguette

Red grapes

Honeycomb

Equipment:
Fire pit, cast iron pan

- Serves 4 -

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Light your fire 30 minutes before you are ready to cook, and let it burn down until you obtain a low heat.

  2. Place a cast iron chargrill pan on the fire so it gets nice and hot (you can also use a cast iron frying pan).

  3. Add the grapes and blister till they carmelize and char a little. Set aside, and reheat the pan.

  4. Add the cheeses and cook until golden and starting to melt. Flip the cheese just once – don’t turn the soft cheese over as it will fall apart.

  5. Once the cheeses are hot and melty, serve with grilled bread, honeycomb, and the blistered grapes.
