Oakley Rodeo with Ballerina Farm
I love working with Ballerina Farm, and this summer we had the joy of teaming up again for a pop-up at the Oakley Rodeo. It was such fun to do this collaboration with Ballerina Farm, and my Wild Kitchen team did a fantastic job serving up our signature BBQ tasting plate. The plate featured a few of Ballerina Farm’s beautiful ingredients, including BBQ pork ribs, coal-roasted chicken, smoky pumpkin salad, and fresh baguette with butter and smoked mozzarella — all paired with tangy BBQ sauce and garlic aioli.
Hannah brought along her friend Nara Smith, who I’m sure you know is a big foodie. Nara had the best time enjoying the tasting plate and sampling some of Ballerina Farm’s iconic ice cream. Since it’s peak fruit season here, we whipped up a batch of my famous fire-roasted fruit to serve with the ice cream, and it was the perfect sweet finish to an incredible day.
