One Pan Granola


I love to make extra of this while I’m on the road – simply tip the mixture into zip lock bags, add some chocolate chips and you have a nice trail mix for a hike or your next adventure.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon coconut oil

2 x packets Kodiak Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal

¼ cup sunflower seeds

¼ cup pepitas

¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon maple syrup

sliced banana, to serve

yoghurt, to serve

fire pit or gas cooker

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the Kodiak Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal, sunflower seeds, pepitas, coconut, cinnamon and maple syrup and stir for 5 minutes or until the granola is golden brown.

  2. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the granola to cool completely before serving with sliced banana and yoghurt.
