FISH RECIPE

Oysters with Champagne Mignonette

This recipe is so perfect to take on a seaside picnic or to rock up to your next BBQ with this as a added pizzaz to your gathering. It’s fun to pop the champagne and do a fun shot after eating the oyster.

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. This is a simple recipe, you finely dice the shallot, add it to your glass container, (use a glass container, it will help keep the flavor fresh and plump) add the champagne vinegar, and pepper.

  2. I like to add the champagne right before I serve it over the oysters it keeps it fresh and bubbly, not to mention tis fun to sip on some while eating oysters.

  3. Cover the mignonette and make sure it’s served chill.
