Pizza, Fire & Gozney Workshop at the Ecology Center
With the help of Chef Ines Glaser from Lupa Cotta and Chef Juan Peralta Ramos, I taught a Pizza, Fire & Gozney Workshop to a group of fifty students at the Ecology Center in Southern California. It was a lovely day of cooking over live fire and baking & stretching pizzas. I taught the students how to smoke meat and vegetables over the open flames, and Chef Ines taught everyone how to master her style of pizzas in a Gozney wood-burning pizza oven.
