Sriracha Popcorn

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup corn kernels

2 tspn salt

2 tbsp melted butter

2 tspn sriracha

HOW TO MAKE IT

Light your fire and let it burn down until you obtain a medium heat.

Pour the olive oil in the Dutch oven (or pan if using the stove), add the popcorn and put the lid on. Place on fire or stove top and wait until you hear it popping. Wearing oven mitts, shake the pot until you donā€™t hear anymore pops. Take it off the fire and pour the popcorn into your mixing bowl.

In a separate pan heat butter until melted and add in sriracha to taste. Pour butter mixture over popcorn and eat.
