HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Light your fire and let it burn down for about an hour until you obtain a medium heat.

  2. Place a grill plate on the fire, add some ghee and the rose hip or berries and leave until they start to soften up.

  3. Add the honey and let it melt a little, then add the apple rings and cook for 4 minutes, turning once. When they are nearly cooked squeeze over the orange juice.

  4. Meanwhile toast your bread slices. Spoon the sweet apple mix over the top and dig in.
